Kromuz is an automated App designed for investors who want to leverage technology to execute strategies and operations in the financial market autonomously.

2. Use of the App
The user is fully responsible for all actions performed on their account and for financial decisions made based on the information and operations provided by the App. The use of Kromuz for illegal, fraudulent purposes or actions that may harm third parties or the service’s operation is strictly prohibited.

3. Access and Profit Sharing
Access to Kromuz leverage sessions is free of charge, with no subscription, monthly fee, or upfront payment required. The App operates on a profit sharing model, where the user agrees to share 50% (fifty percent) of the profits generated from the sessions provided by the App. The profit share (50%) must be transferred immediately at the end of each session via USDT cryptocurrency to the address provided to the user.

4. Risks and Liability
Trading in financial markets involves significant risks. Kromuz does not guarantee profits, returns, or specific results. The user fully assumes responsibility for gains, losses, or decisions made based on the App information and operations.

5. Privacy and Data
The App collects the data necessary to establish a direct connection with the trading platform and execute operations. Technical information and usage statistics may be recorded solely for internal control and service improvement. If personal data is collected in the future, Kromuz will publish a Privacy Notice in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

All elements of the website and App — including name, brand, code, algorithms, interface, texts, and design — are the property of Kromuz. Copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or using any part of the technology without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
